Clubs often manage eclectics at various times during the year, including thunderstorm season, or whenever enough rounds are being played to make the effort worthwhile. Eclectics are individual stroke play games that are composed of a club-defined number of rounds. At the end of such a series, each participant in the eclectic records his best score for each hole during the season.
