Golf Handicap
You may be in the early stages of becoming a serious amateur golfer, or you may have already reached that position in the sport. Either way, we understand your level of excitement. Like so many of our customers here at Golf Score Recorder, we know your golf handicap is, or will soon become, of great interest and importance to you. Our software, Golf Score Recorder, provides a great many benefits to any golfer interested in his or her handicap. If you are keeping track for a society, you can choose between Data Pro, which analyzes many score details, or Society Manager, which manages total scores only. In addition to being able to enter as many rounds as you wish, for as many players as you wish, you will benefit from the automatic evaluation of handicaps. While a handicap is a calculated measure, it is not a fixed number. Rather, it changes over time, based on the number of recent rounds you've played and how well you have played them. A typical golf club, for example, probably invests a considerable amount of time in keeping track of its members' scores. Clubs and individual players alike can save time and money by when using either of our powerful and unique desktop programs--Data Pro or Society Manager. Other factors can add to the complexity of determining or adjusting a handicap. These include the Competition Scratch Score, the buffer zone for the golfer, and the course rating and slope. Then, too, there are differences between match play and stroke play. Our Golf Score Recorder software does in minutes what might take one hours to calculate otherwise. The software supports both USGA and United Kingdom scoring formats. Unlike many similar programs, Golf Score Recorder is made to be installed on your computer (instead of accessed online).
