Prevent the bandits from winning everything! Although handicaps obviously
make for a more 'level playing field', there may be times when a society wishes
to further reduce a player's handicap by adding stroke penalties. Society
Manager allow you to give players a stroke penalty, however, it will still
calculate the player's handicap based on their true handicap. Note that
stroke penalties can be made valid/invalid at the press of a button; this makes
it very easy to apply them (and remove them) when appropriate.
