If you're running a society with multiple events, it could be that different
players are involved with different leagues, tournaments and
competitions. The bigger the society, and the more players there are, the
harder it becomes to manage. That's why Society Manager provides 'Player
Grouping'.
'Player Grouping'.is a very simple way of placing specific players into one or
more groups or divisions. For example, you could add twenty players to
your 'Saturday Scramble' group, and another twenty players to your 'Sunday
League' group. The benefit of this system really becomes evident when you
come to enter scores, as - instead of having to select from a huge
list of players - simply select the appropriate player group, and all
'irrelevant' players will be removed. This makes score
entry much easier.
